Seminars and Leadership Events
Joint seminars for different chapters, give opportunities for social interaction between Jewish-Israeli youth that are members of the same-age scouts’ group from different countries, and for a meaningful discourse on common issues.
The encounter between members of different chapters creates a significant social experience, enhances the sense of belonging to the scouts leadership and the movement and contributes to deepening the acquaintance and cooperation between the chapters in the area.
Shachbag Leadership Seminar
A joint seminar for members of the senior scout chapters (year 11-13) led by Israeli Scouts Western Europe leadership. The seminar takes place in the middle of the activity year.
The participants are divided into mixed groups, undergo group dynamic activities, scouting times, and content activities that deepen issues related to Jewish and Israeli identity and connection to Israel, the power of youth and the role of the senior team in leading the chapter, the adult figure in the Scouts movement, and more.
The participants are active and involved in leading the seminar by taking part in committees - work teams on various subjects.
Leadership Training Seminar
A training seminar that summaries the training period for the participants from the different chapters of the Leadership. It counts as a peak event in the training course. The seminar is being held towards the end of the activity year.
During the seminar the participants deepen their familiarity with the
"Scouts Journey" - the movement training programme, undergo joint
activities and training on leadership skills, creative thinking, scouting
and learning through experience and by watching others.
The trainees are active and involved in leading the seminar by attending
committees - work teams on various topics and training experiences
throughout the seminar.

בסמינרים המשותפים לשבטים שונים, הזדמנויות למפגש חברתי ולהיכרות בין נוער יהודי-ישראלי, חניכי תנועת הצופים בני אותם הגילאים המגיעים ממדינות שונות ולקיום שיח ערכי- משמעותי סביב נושאים משותפים.
המפגש בין חניכים משבטים שונים יוצר חוויה חברתית משמעותית, מגביר את תחושת השייכות להנהגה ולתנועת הצופים ותורם להעמקת ההיכרות ושיתופי הפעולה בין השבטים באיזור.
סמינר שכב"ג הנהגתי
סמינר משותף לחברי השכבה הבוגרת משבטי הצופים בהנהגת צבר מערב אירופה בו נפגשים חברי השכבות בוגרות (י-יב) המובילות את שבטי ההנהגה. הסמינר מתקיים באמצע שנת הפעילות.
החניכים מחולקים לקבוצות מעורבות, עוברים פעילות גיבוש קבוצתית, זמני צופיות, ופעולות תוכן המעמיקות בסוגיות הקשורות לזהות יהודית וישראלית והקשר לישראל, כוחו של הנוער ותפקיד השכבה הבוגרת בהובלת השבט, דמות הבוגר בתנועת הצופים, ועוד.
החניכים פעילים ומעורבים בהובלת הסמינר על ידי השתתפות בועדות - צוותי עבודה בנושאים שונים.
סמינר הדרכה הנהגתי
סמינר הדרכה מסכם לחניכי קורס ההדרכה משבטי ההנהגה ואירוע שיא בהכשרה של החניכים להדרכה. הסמינר מתקיים לקראת סוף שנת הפעילות.
במהלך הסמינר החניכים מעמיקים את ההיכרות עם תכנית ההדרכה התנועתית "המסע בצופים", עוברים פעילויות והכשרות משותפות בנושאי מנהיגות ומיומנויות הדרכה, חשיבה יצירתית, צופיות ולומדים דרך התנסות וצפייה באחרים.
החניכים פעילים ומעורבים בהובלת הסמינר על ידי השתתפות בועדות - צוותי עבודה בנושאים שונים והתנסויות הדרכתיות לאורך הסמינר.

Tzofim Tzabar Olami Conference
An International gathering of Tzofim Tzabar Olami youth from all over the world and Tzofim representatives from Israel.
A festive and educational event aimed at producing a diverse educational discourse on Jewish-Israeli identity, peoplehood and the future image of the Tzabar Olami movement participants. The conference is designed to strengthen the sense of belonging of the different regions to one global youth movement, and is a unique opportunity that allows us to talk about the similarities and refinement of our shared values, language and culture as Israeli scouts as well as to encounter with others from different regions and learn about the activity of scouts in Israel and around the world.
A member of Tzofim Tzabar Olami Conference returns to his chapter with a better understanding of the Israeli scouts activity in the world. He has a significant shared experience with his peers that includes deliberations and personal journey thoughts and he met and got to know better Israeli scouts youth from different chapters in Israel.
The next Tzabar Olami Conference will be held in 2021. More details to follow.
ועידת צופי צבר עולמי
כנס בין לאומי ייחודי בו נפגשים חניכי התנועה משבטי צבר
בכל העולם, ונציגים משבטי הצופים בישראל.
זהו אירוע חגיגי וחינוכי שמטרתו לייצר שיח חינוכי מגוון בנושא
זהות יהודית-ישראלית, עמיות ודמות הבוגר של צופי תנועת
צבר עולמי.
הועידה מחזקת את תחושת השייכות של האזורים השונים אל
תנועת נוער עולמית אחת, והיא הזדמנות ייחודית לקירוב וחידוד
הערכים, השפה והתרבות המשותפים שלנו כצופים ישראלים כמו
גם להכרות עם חניכים מאזורים שונים ולמידה על פעילות
הצופים בארץ ובעולם.
חניך בועידת צבר עולמי חוזר לשבט שלו כשהוא למד והכיר על פעילות הצופים בעולם, עבר חווית תוכן משמעותית עם חניכים הדומים לו בהתלבטויות ובמסע האישי שהוא עובר, פגש והכיר חניכים ישראלים מהשבטים השונים בארץ. וקיים עם עצמו חשיבה בנושאים בהם אנו מתעסקים לאורך השנה.
